The Library offers:

• a growing and up-to-date collection of books for children, young adults, and adults.

• quiet reading areas to relax and read a good book, magazine or newspaper.
• a section of paperback books that are available for loan without a library card.
• special programs, often held in the Armstrong Public Meeting Room of the Library.
• regular programs for children and for adults, some of which are sponsored by an active Friends of the Library group.
• the Friends of the Library biannual book sales.
